ICE CUTTER® combines the most effective de-icing ingredients to create a powerful reaction that quickly melts ice and snow. When applied before a storm, it prevents ice and snow from bonding to the surface. Bright green tint makes it easy to apply evenly. Time-released formula stays on the surface longer, helping to control the freeze/thaw cycle. De-icer works in weather down to -5 degrees Fahrenheit/-21 degrees Celsius. Nontracking formula is safe to handle, easily dispersed and screened for consistent granulation.
